Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) outlines the rules and guidelines that govern the use of the StreamClash platform, including all associated content, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). This Policy is incorporated by reference into the StreamClash Terms of Use (https://streamclash.com/terms-of-use) and applies to all Users and Creators.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy. If you violate this Policy, StreamClash may suspend or terminate your access to the Services in accordance with our Terms of Use.

1. Prohibited Conduct.

Users and Creators may not use the Services to:

  1. Engage in unlawful activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or violating any applicable law or regulation.
  2. Publish, distribute, or promote content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, or discriminatory based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or medical condition.
  3. Upload, publish, or transmit User-Generated Content (UGC) that:
    1. Infringes upon or violates the intellectual property rights or privacy of any third party;​
    2. Contains software viruses, malware, or other harmful code;​
    3. Is false, misleading, or deceptive;​
    4. Is sexually explicit or intended to solicit sexual acts;​
    5. Promotes violence, self-harm, or harm to others​.​
  4. Impersonate another individual or entity, misrepresent your affiliation with a person or organization, or attempt to deceive other users​.
  5. Solicit personal information from minors or engage in predatory behavior.
  6. Spam or engage in unsolicited promotion of products or services, including chain letters, pyramid schemes, or affiliate links.
  7. Access or use another User’s account without authorization.
  8. Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Services or bypass any security measures.
  9. Manipulate platform features (including Clash Crowns) through botting, mass account creation, or artificial engagement.

2. Clash Crowns & Virtual Content

You may not:

  1. Attempt to sell, transfer, or exchange Clash Crowns outside of StreamClash;​
  2. Use or obtain Clash Crowns through fraudulent or unauthorized means;
  3. Engage in real-money transactions without complying with StreamClash’s Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.

3. Usernames and Branding.

Your username or profile must not:

  1. Infringe on trademarks (including “StreamClash” or “Clash”);​​
  2. Impersonate other individuals, streamers, or brands;​
  3. Use vulgar, offensive, or inappropriate terms.

4. Platform Integrity.

You may not:

  1. Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services;​​​​
  2. Use bots, scripts, or other automated methods to access the Services;​​
  3. Interfere with or attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network related to StreamClash.

5. Reporting Violations.

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy should be reported to: support@streamclash.io

If you believe your account has been compromised or you’ve witnessed another User violating this Policy, please notify us immediately.

6. Enforcement.

StreamClash reserves the right to:

  1. Suspend or permanently terminate access to any account that violates this Policy;​​​​
  2. Remove or restrict access to any content that violates this Policy;​​
  3. Report violations to law enforcement where appropriate.

7. Changes to This Policy.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
